Expands agricultural disclosure requirements to include parcels located partially or wholly within 500 feet of an agricultural district boundary, in addition to parcels within the district itself.

Requires the commissioner of agriculture to develop and make available practical information about right to farm protections for prospective buyers and grantors of affected properties.

Directs the commissioner to assist county governments in making agricultural district maps and information accessible to help property buyers identify parcels subject to right to farm disclosure requirements.

Clarifies that the commissioner is not responsible for verifying individual parcels when providing district boundary information.

Amends both the Agriculture and Markets Law (Section 308 and 310) and references the Real Property Law (Section 333-c) regarding disclosure obligations.
