Creates a child care regulatory review task force to identify duplicative or unnecessary regulatory, statutory, and programmatic requirements placed on child care providers regulated by the Office of Children and Family Services.

Task force must hold at least one public hearing to receive oral and written testimony from stakeholders and develop recommendations for streamlining identified burdensome processes.

Task force membership includes minimum of four commissioners: Office of Children and Family Services, Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance, Department of Health, and New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.

Task force members receive no compensation but are entitled to reimbursement for necessary expenses related to their duties.

Task force must submit recommendations to the legislature annually, and all state departments and agencies must provide necessary assistance and information to support the task force's work.
