Increases the maximum number of registrants an election district may contain from 1,150 to 2,000 (excluding inactive registrants) when approved by the county board of elections, while maintaining the standard limit of 950 registrants without such approval.

Removes the cap on additional county committee members, eliminating the previous limit of "not in excess of two" additional members per election district.

Allows additional county committee members to be elected based on party vote or enrollment proportional to the district, with each member having equal voting power when additional members are provided.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
