Establishes the Town of Yorktown Industrial Development Agency as a body corporate and politic with perpetual duration to serve the town of Yorktown and its inhabitants.

Grants the agency all powers and duties conferred upon industrial development agencies under title one of the General Municipal Law, subject to the provisions of that title.

Limits the agency's real property acquisition authority (by purchase, condemnation, or otherwise) to within the corporate limits of the town of Yorktown.

Requires the agency to consider local zoning and planning regulations as well as regional and local comprehensive land use plans in its operations.

Agency members shall be appointed by the governing body of the town of Yorktown, with the agency's operations governed entirely by title one of the General Municipal Law.
