Establishes a toll-free hotline to provide farmers, agricultural professionals, and others with information and referral services regarding government and private agricultural assistance programs.

Cornell Cooperative Extension shall jointly administer the hotline with the Department of Agriculture and Markets.

Hotline services shall include grant opportunities, agricultural research, marketing possibilities, and other agricultural resources.

Service is provided at no charge to users.

Implementation is subject to appropriation and takes effect immediately upon enactment.
