Validates eight capital improvement projects (numbered 0003-12, 0011-007, 0011-008, 0003-013, 0007-009, 0007-010, 0007-012, and 0011-009) undertaken by the Islip Union Free school district despite procedural failures.

Legalizes the district's failure to timely file required final cost reports with the state education department, which resulted in loss of eligible state aid.

Directs the education department to recognize the approved costs of these projects as valid obligations of the Islip Union Free school district.

Requires any state aid amounts owed to the district for school years prior to 2015-2016 to be paid according to section 3604 of the education law.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
