Amends Public Health Law Section 207 to require the Department of Health to conduct a program relating to breast density

Program shall include educational information about the meaning of dense breast tissue and its potential health consequences

Program shall address the impact of dense breast tissue on mammographic screening for breast cancer and supplemental screening techniques

Requires provision of access to educational websites and literature regarding dense breast tissue and breast cancer risk factors

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
