Village of Skaneateles authorized to convey Austin Park (42.47 acres) to the town of Skaneateles, with property to continue being used for park and recreational purposes.

Town of Skaneateles must provide equal access to all village residents and cannot charge higher fees to village residents than to town residents outside the village.

All revenues from the conveyance must be used for capital improvements to existing park and recreational facilities or acquisition of additional parkland.

Town of Skaneateles becomes responsible for maintaining, owning, and operating the parkland and all structures and facilities located on it.

Parkland and facilities must remain available to the public, with limited facility use determined by equitable reservation policies offering free or nominal charges.
