Authorizes the Town of Islip to discontinue and sell approximately 1.3 acres of parkland located near Lowell Avenue and Cypress Avenue in Suffolk County

Requires the town to dedicate replacement parkland of equal or greater fair market value, consisting of 1.28 acres near Lowell Avenue and Clayton Avenue

Replacement land must be dedicated for public park purposes as a condition of the alienation authorization taking effect

If the original parkland received federal Land and Water Conservation Fund money, the town must comply with federal conversion requirements and obtain approval from the Secretary of the Interior before discontinuance

Allows the Town Board to determine the terms and conditions for the sale and conveyance of the discontinued parkland
