Saratoga County is authorized to discontinue use of a reforested parcel on Kinns Road in Clifton Park and transfer its interest to the town of Clifton Park without compensation.

The transferred land, originally acquired by Saratoga County by deed dated June 20, 1938 and identified as Tax Parcel #265.-2-9, must be devoted to park and recreational purposes in perpetuity.

Clifton Park must provide continued public access to the parklands and recreational facilities for all Saratoga County residents.

Clifton Park shall maintain, own, and operate the transferred land and all structures and facilities on it for park purposes, with public use available on an equitable basis with priority given to general public access through a free or nominally-charged reservation policy.

The act takes effect immediately upon enactment.
