Authorizes the commissioner of general services to sell and convey state property located at 170 East 210th Street in the Bronx to Montefiore Medical Center for fair market value.

Property is designated as block 3343, lot 326 on the city tax map and includes the buildings and improvements on the land, located immediately adjacent to an office of children and family services facility.

Montefiore Medical Center must submit an accurate survey and legal description of the property to the commissioner for approval prior to conveyance.

Montefiore Medical Center must submit an application for the purchase within two years of the act's effective date or the authorization expires.

Act takes effect immediately upon enactment.
