Legislature approves the state's acquisition of five subdivision lots (Lots 1-4 and 6) totaling approximately 298.5 acres at Utowana Preserve in Hamilton County, including waterfront on Utowana Lake and easements for road access and riparian rights.

State relinquishes claims to twenty disputed parcels in Township 40 near Raquette Lake totaling approximately 808.7 acres, including Woods Point (212 acres), Watch Point (44 acres), Bluff Point (160 acres), Long Point (203.9 acres), and multiple smaller points and parcels.

Attorney General must approve the deed to acquired lands and release all state claims to the disputed parcels pursuant to Environmental Conservation Law section 9-1907.

Lands conveyed to state include easements for Marion River Way providing non-exclusive access and appurtenances, with grantor retaining road easement for benefit of Lot 5 and riparian access rights for benefit of Lot 7.

Act takes effect immediately, with Commissioner of Environmental Conservation required to notify legislative bill drafting commission when survey maps are filed to maintain accurate records.
