Adds "forward-facing employment data" to the definition of labor market information that the New York Department of Labor must compile and transmit, including current and projected employment opportunities, geographical location, and required training and experience.

Requires the Department of Labor to transmit forward-facing employment data bi-monthly to school districts, boards of cooperative educational services, and community colleges and agricultural and technical institutes maintaining approved career education programs.

Mandates that the Department of Labor and Education Department meet at least monthly (except July and August) to jointly determine when labor market information and forward-facing employment data require explanatory analysis for educators and students.

Requires the Education Department to provide clear, concise analysis of the data addressing proper use by career education planners, vocational and educational guidance counselors, and career education students.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
