Amends multiple New York statutes to update cross-references to the Uniform Commercial Code following revisions, changing references from sections 1-201, 1-105, 1-102, and 1-204 to sections 1--201, 1--301, 1--302, and 1--202.

Updates terminology in the Lien Law and Civil Practice Law and Rules to replace the term "warehouseman" with "warehouse" in references to warehouse operators and their liability for hospital records.

Corrects references to "creditor" and "security interest" definitions in the Arts and Cultural Affairs Law and Personal Property Law to reflect revised UCC paragraph numbering.

Modifies the definition of "retail lease agreement" in the Personal Property Law and General Business Law to ensure such agreements do not create security interests under revised UCC definitions.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
