Amends the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey law to modify rules governing interviews of port authority officers and employees related to their official duties

Removes language limiting applicability based on current contractual obligations until contract expiration

Requires interviews conducted under this authority to comply with applicable collective bargaining agreements covering the employee's terms and conditions of employment

Takes effect only upon enactment of identical legislation by the State of New Jersey, or immediately if New Jersey has already enacted such legislation

Requires the Port Authority chairperson to notify the legislative bill drafting commission once both states enact the legislation
