Amends penal law to prohibit sex offenders from using augmented reality games as a mandatory condition of probation or conditional discharge for certain convictions.

Applies to offenders convicted of crimes requiring sex offender registration when the victim was under 18, the offender is designated a level three sex offender, or the internet was used to facilitate the crime.

Defines "augmented reality game" as a digital application accessed on mobile devices (smartphones, tablets, augmented reality glasses) that requires users to physically move to locations outside their residence to achieve in-game goals.

Extends existing internet restrictions that already prohibit sex offenders from accessing pornographic material, commercial social networking websites, and communicating with minors.

Takes effect 60 days after becoming law.
