Corrects spelling of "labelled" to "labeled" in three provisions regarding tastings and retail sales of New York state beer, cider, and wine by distillers.

Expands distiller's license privileges to allow sale of any New York state labeled alcoholic beverage (not just liquor manufactured by the licensee) for consumption on premises.

Requires distilleries to regularly keep food available for customers, including sandwiches, soups, or food items that complement alcoholic beverage tastings such as cheese, fruits, vegetables, chocolates, breads, mustards, and crackers.

Applies all existing retail liquor license provisions to distillery licensees where applicable.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
