Amends the Public Authorities Law to modify references to Dancewave in sections 1676 and 1680 by removing the geographic designation "of Brooklyn, New York" and replacing it with "Inc."

Authorizes financing, acquisition, construction, development, improvement, expansion and/or equipping of facility or facilities and necessary ancillary and related facilities for Dancewave, Inc.

Takes effect on the same date and in the same manner as the 2016 chapter of laws (S. 6023 and A. 7770) relating to Dancewave capital facilities financing.
