Removes the geographic descriptor ", of Western New York" from the organization's name in section 1676

Corrects the same name and removes the geographic descriptor ", of Western New York" in section 1680, subdivision 1

Maintains the dormitory authority's ability to finance and construct facilities for Summit Educational Resources, Inc., including acquisition, financing, refinancing, design, construction, renovation, and equipment

Takes effect on the same date and in the same manner as chapter 431 of the laws of 2016
