Establishes a web-based acute psychiatric bed registry administered by the Department of Mental Hygiene to track available beds in public and private inpatient psychiatric facilities and crisis stabilization units statewide.

Registry must include descriptive information and contact details for all psychiatric facilities and crisis stabilization units, with real-time updates on available beds at least daily.

Registry provides information on bed availability, patient type eligibility, security levels, and other details necessary for community services boards and psychiatric facility staff to identify appropriate facilities for temporary detention and treatment.

Requires all state facilities, community services boards, behavioral health authorities, and private providers licensed by the department to participate in the registry and designate a point of contact for data submission and inquiries.

Takes effect 180 days after enactment.
