Expands the definition of "course of sexual conduct against a child in the first degree" to include sexual acts committed when a child is under seventeen years old, rather than limiting to specific age thresholds.

Requires that for first degree charges, the course includes at least one act of sexual intercourse, oral sexual conduct, anal sexual conduct, or aggravated sexual contact when the child is under eleven years old, plus at least one additional sexual act when the child is under eleven years old, with at least ninety days between acts.

Modifies the second degree offense to apply to children under seventeen years old and requires at least two acts of sexual conduct occurring when the child is under thirteen years old, with at least ninety days between acts.

Removes the requirement that courses of sexual conduct must span "a period of time not less than three months in duration" and replaces it with specific ninety-day spacing requirements between individual acts.

Takes effect one hundred twenty days after the bill becomes law.
