Requires the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities to submit a waitlist and placement report to the Senate and Assembly by January 1, 2019, and every six months thereafter.

Mandates reports include statewide waitlist data broken down by developmental disability services office geographic area, age of individuals and their caregivers, and type of placement needed (certified out-of-home, supervised, supportive, medically frail, or home and community-based services).

Requires placement data showing total individuals placed in each setting type during the preceding six months, including those not on the waitlist and reasons for their placements.

Mandates inclusion of information on individuals in inadequate residential placements awaiting alternatives, failed placements, placement costs by type, funding sources, and five-year projections for future residential placement needs.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
