Establishes a New York state physical fitness and activity education campaign administered by the health commissioner to promote physical fitness and activity through public education and outreach.

Campaign will increase public awareness using social and mass media including internet, radio, and print advertising about the importance of physical fitness and its health benefits.

Campaign will recruit professional and amateur athletes, fitness experts, and celebrity advocates from media, music, and entertainment to serve as public ambassadors promoting the fitness message.

Campaign will target seniors, youth, and other high-risk populations on a state-wide basis.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
