Amends the Mental Hygiene Law to include Prader-Willi syndrome in the definition of developmental disability.

Adds Prader-Willi syndrome to the list of conditions that qualify as attributable causes of developmental disability, alongside intellectual disability, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, neurological impairment, familial dysautonomia, and autism.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
