Allows farm operation owners and non-residential customer-generators with solar or farm waste electric generating equipment to designate net metering credits to meters at other properties within the same electric corporation service territory and load zone.

Permits customer-generators to direct credit allocation to designated accounts rather than automatically applying credits to the highest use meter first.

Credits must be applied to properties owned or leased by other designated customers within the same service territory and load zone as the original customer-generator's interconnection.

Excess credits continue to carry over to the following month as under existing law.

Effective immediately upon enactment.
