Grants Danielle Galasso retroactive membership in the New York State and Local Employees' Retirement System with a membership date of July 10, 2003, her first date of employment with the town of Oyster Bay as a seasonal employee.

Designates Galasso as Tier IV status in the retirement system, contingent on her filing a written request with the state comptroller within one year of the act's effective date.

Requires the town of Oyster Bay to bear all past service costs, including an immediate one-time payment of approximately $1,110 and increased annual contributions of approximately $1,200 for fiscal year 2019.

Prohibits any refund of employee contributions to Galasso under any circumstances.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
