Amends Real Property Tax Law Section 532(g) to add three towns in Washington County (Argyle, Ft. Edward, and Kingsbury) to the list of municipalities where state-owned lands are exempt from taxation

Exemption applies to state lands used for fish hatcheries, game farms, game management areas, game refuges, or reforestation purposes, excluding improvements erected by the state

Exemption also covers lands leased from the United States for terms of fifty years or more

Takes effect January 1st following enactment and applies to assessment rolls with taxable status dates on or after that date
