Requires pharmacists to provide suicide prevention lifeline telephone number and website address when first dispensing antidepressant or anti-anxiety medications with increased suicide risk in outpatient settings.

Mandates pharmacists distribute a state-published pamphlet containing information about increased suicide risk, suicidal side effects, warning signs, and other relevant information with the medication.

Requires a parent or legal guardian to be present during pharmacist consultation for patients under seventeen years of age.

Prohibits dispensing these medications to patients under seventeen years of age unless a parent or legal guardian attends the pharmacist consultation.

Authorizes the state office to promulgate rules, regulations, and prepare required pamphlets to implement this law, effective ninety days after enactment.
