Authorizes the Nassau County assessor to accept a late real property tax exemption application from Kehillas B'Nai HaYeshivos for the 2014-2015 assessment roll and 2015 general tax.

Property subject to exemption is located at 575 Hungry Harbor Road in South Valley Stream, identified as Nassau County Tax Map section 39, block 612, lot 13.

Exemption application will be reviewed as if timely filed, provided the organization otherwise qualifies under section 420-a of the real property tax law.

Requires approval from the Nassau County Legislature before the assessor may correct the tax rolls to grant the exemption.

Permits the applicable tax department to refund any taxes already paid and cancel unpaid taxes, fines, penalties, liens, or interest related to the property.
