Requires the Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services to maintain a publicly available, searchable directory on its website of all providers and programs it operates, licenses, or certifies

Directory must include location, contact information, services offered at each location, medications available at medication-assisted treatment providers, special populations served, insurance accepted, and availability of beds and services

Allows the commissioner to include any additional information deemed necessary in the directory

Permits the office to utilize an existing directory to satisfy these requirements

Takes effect 180 days after becoming law, with the office authorized to promulgate rules and regulations for implementation
