Changes business entity insurance broker license expiration date from October 31st of even-numbered years to June 30th of odd-numbered years.

Modifies insurance law section 2103 to require licenses issued to business entities under subsection (b) expire on June 30th of odd-numbered years instead of even-numbered years.

Authorizes the superintendent of financial services to issue rules and regulations necessary to implement these license renewal date changes.

Effective date is July 1, 2019, with the superintendent required to promulgate implementing rules and regulations on or before that date.
