Requires parking infraction tickets to be based on personal knowledge or information and belief of the issuing police officer or public servant, with false statements punishable as a Class A misdemeanor.

Mandates parking tickets provide detailed notice of infractions including the applicable law violated, date, time, and specific location of the alleged violation.

Requires parking tickets to contain the license plate designation, plate type, vehicle registration expiration, vehicle make or model, and body type, with exceptions for unreadable or missing information that must be noted on the ticket.

Eliminates the requirement to file a separate accusatory instrument for parking infraction tickets that comply with the new criteria, effective immediately upon enactment.
