Removes the requirement that lending organizations describe "economic development generated" from annual reports to the corporation for regional revolving loan programs.

Changes the publication date for aggregate annual report information from January 1, 2018 to April 1, 2019.

Requires the corporation to publish annual reports on its website in aggregate form while omitting borrower identifiable information, effective April 1, 2019.

Applies reporting and publication requirements consistently across four sections of the New York state urban development corporation act (sections 16-a, 16-c, 16-d, and 16-t).

Takes effect on the same date as the 2017 legislation (S. 4046 and A. 4253) that established the regional revolving loan program requirements.
