Updates cross-references throughout New York State law to conform with revisions to the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), including changes to section numbering from 1-105 to 1--301 and 1-201 to 1--201.

Amends terminology in the Lien Law, Civil Practice Law and Rules, and Arts and Cultural Affairs Law by replacing "warehouseman" and "warehousemen" with "warehouse" to align with updated UCC definitions.

Corrects technical references in the General Obligations Law, Banking Law, and Personal Property Law regarding security interests, creditors, and retail lease agreements to reflect new UCC subsection and paragraph designations.

Fixes a spelling error in the Arts and Cultural Affairs Law, correcting "commerical" to "commercial" code.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
