Amends the Alcoholic Beverage Control Law to allow issuance of a retail license for on-premises alcohol consumption at a specific premises in Hudson Falls, Washington County, despite its location within 200 feet of a church.

Applies exclusively to a food or beverage retail premises located at the southeasterly corner of Main Street and Maple Street intersection in the Village of Hudson Falls, containing approximately 0.483 acres.

Exempts this particular premises from the standard prohibition on alcohol licenses near places of worship (churches, synagogues, and other houses of worship).

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
