Authorizes the Town of Islip assessor in Suffolk County to accept a late application for real property tax exemption from Family Service League, Inc., a not-for-profit corporation, for the 2015 assessment roll.

Applies to two parcels located at 0 5th Avenue and 1462 5th Avenue in Bay Shore, identified as tax map district 0500, section 266.00, block 03.00, lot 069.000 and section 267.00, block 02.00, lot 006.00.

Permits the assessor to review the application as if it had been filed by the taxable status date and grant exemption upon approval by the Town of Islip town board if the corporation qualifies.

Requires refund of any taxes, fines, and penalties paid if exemption is granted, and authorizes cancellation of any remaining unpaid taxes.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
