Expands scope of fiduciary limitations to include inter vivos trustees in addition to executors and testamentary trustees.

Prohibits attempted grants of exoneration from liability for failure to exercise reasonable care, diligence and prudence, and power to make binding valuations of assets.

Voids any purported grants of prohibited powers or immunities in wills or trusts, but does not invalidate the entire will or trust document.

Permits any interested person in an estate or trust to contest validity of prohibited power grants without affecting their own interest, regardless of contrary provisions in the will or trust.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment and applies to all wills and trusts executed on or after the effective date.
