Establishes warranty protections for fire vehicles (first 2,000 hours of service or 2 years, whichever is earlier) and ambulances (first 18,000 miles or 2 years, whichever is earlier) sold and registered in New York State.

Requires manufacturers to correct nonconformities and defects at no charge; if a defect cannot be repaired after four or more attempts or the vehicle is out of service for 30+ cumulative days during the warranty period, the manufacturer must replace the vehicle or refund the full purchase price plus fees.

Mandates manufacturers with informal dispute settlement mechanisms comply with federal FTC regulations and allow municipal consumers to submit disputes to an independent arbitrator approved by the Attorney General as an alternative.

Requires manufacturers to notify the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles and disclose on the certificate of title when a fire vehicle or ambulance is returned for warranty nonconformity prior to resale.

Voids any agreement that waives, limits, or disclaims the warranty rights established in this section and provides that no additional cost may be charged to consumers for these protections.
