Authorizes the assessor of the Town of Ramapo to accept a late real property tax exemption application from Hatzoloh EMS Inc. of Monsey for the 2016-2017 assessment roll.

Application covers the parcel located at 19 Grove Street in the Town of Ramapo (Rockland County tax map section 50.61, block 1, lot 2.2).

If the assessor approves the application with Town Board of Ramapo consent, the emergency medical service may receive full exemption from taxation with corrections made to the tax roll.

Permits the governing body or tax department to refund any taxes already paid and cancel unpaid taxes, fines, penalties, interest, or tax liens at its discretion.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
