Amends Agriculture and Markets Law Section 109 to allow the village of St. Johnsville in Montgomery County to accept dog license applications through its village clerk upon board of trustees resolution.

Adds St. Johnsville to the list of villages authorized to handle dog license applications, alongside existing provisions for villages in Nassau, Westchester, Rockland, and Wayne counties.

Permits the village of St. Johnsville's governing body to authorize one or more named dog control officers to accept applications under the clerk's control and supervision.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
