Applies to parcels conveyed to Stride, Inc. on November 2, 2016, located at 4482 NY Highway 150, West Sand Lake, Rensselaer County

Requires the application be reviewed as if filed by the taxable status date, with exemption effective from the date of conveyance if the assessor and town board determine Stride, Inc. qualifies

Permits cancellation of unpaid taxes, fines, penalties, and interest, and requires repayment of any amounts already paid by Stride, Inc., with appropriate roll corrections

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
