State Commissioner of Transportation is authorized to transfer a 181,029 square foot (approximately 4.2 acre) parcel in Huntington, Suffolk County to the Town of Huntington for fair market value.

Property is located adjacent to New York Avenue/State Route 110, bordered by Church Street to the north, New York Avenue to the east, Long Island Rail Road right of way to the south, and bisected by Railroad Street.

Town of Huntington must submit an accurate survey and legal description of the property to the Commissioner for approval as a condition of purchase.

Town of Huntington must apply for the conveyance within five years of the act's effective date and must complete improvements within five years or the land reverts to the state.

Commissioner may impose terms and conditions including preservation of 100 percent of existing parking in a suitable location in consultation with the Metropolitan Transportation Authority and reservation of portions necessary for existing and future highway needs.
