Department of Housing Preservation and Department of Buildings must maintain data on their websites recording open code violations in public housing developments owned by the New York City Housing Authority in the same manner as they do for private entities.

Office of Public Advocate shall create and maintain a webpage that records and displays all open code violations in public housing developments owned by the New York City Housing Authority.

Comptroller must conduct an annual audit of all repairs undertaken pursuant to article five of subchapter five of the housing maintenance code.

Act takes effect thirty days after becoming law, except the comptroller audit requirement takes effect January 1st of the following year.
