Requires insurance carriers and self-insured employers to notify injured employees or their representatives when a claims representative is replaced or the assignment is terminated.

Defines "claims representative" as any employee, agent, or representative of an insurance carrier or self-insured employer responsible for processing, adjudicating, or settling a workers' compensation claim.

Mandates notification be provided by electronic means or certified/registered mail within fourteen business days of the representative change or termination.

Requires notices to include the name and contact information of any newly assigned claims representative.

Takes effect ninety days after enactment.
