Requires the Department of Housing Preservation and Department of Buildings to maintain data on their websites recording open code violations in public housing developments owned by the New York City Housing Authority, using the same methods as for private entities.

Mandates the Office of Public Advocate to host and maintain a webpage displaying all open code violations in New York City Housing Authority public housing developments.

Requires the Comptroller to conduct an annual audit of all repairs undertaken pursuant to Article Five of Subchapter Five of the Housing Maintenance Code.

Takes effect 30 days after enactment, except the Comptroller audit requirement takes effect on January 1st of the following year.
