Entitles exonerees to have conviction records sealed, receive tax-free monetary compensation, obtain health insurance coverage fully paid by the state, and recover reasonable attorney's fees.

Provides exonerees with tuition awards covering full cost of attendance at CUNY and SUNY institutions, access to parole division services, and mental health discharge planning upon release.

Ensures exonerees receive priority placement in public housing units and preserves their right to pursue civil lawsuits against state agencies related to their wrongful conviction.
