Requires sex offenders to register any change in employment address with the division within ten calendar days, in addition to existing requirements for address and enrollment status changes.

Mandates a ten dollar registration fee each time a sex offender reports a change of address or change in employment address, though non-payment does not prevent acceptance of the registration.

Requires law enforcement agencies to notify vulnerable organizations of level two sex offenders' employment address along with other information including photograph, description, residential address, and conviction details.

Takes effect thirty days after becoming law.
