Adds "sell" to the definition of forgery in the third degree, making it illegal to sell a forged instrument with intent to defraud, deceive, or injure another as a class A misdemeanor.

Expands forgery in the second degree to include selling any forged instrument specified in that section (deeds, wills, contracts, credit cards, public records, prescriptions) with knowledge it is forged and intent to defraud, as a class D felony.

Adds selling forged instruments to forgery in the first degree, including forged money, stamps, securities, stock, bonds, and documents officially issued by government offices as a class C felony.

Creates a new presumption that possession of two or more forged government-issued documents identifying other persons establishes intent to sell them in violation of forgery in the first degree.

Updates criminal possession statutes to include possession of forged documents officially issued by government offices as class D and C felonies respectively.
