Amends the Private Housing Finance Law to require the commissioner to submit annual reports to the legislature, state comptroller, and attorney general by July 1st each year on implementation of limited-profit housing programs.

Expands annual report requirements to include information about limited-profit housing companies that voluntarily dissolved in the preceding calendar year or filed notice of intent to dissolve.

Requires dissolution reports to include development name and address, number of units, rent ranges, tenant count, vacancy rates, income levels served, duration in the program, and any sales or transfers since company creation.

Authorizes the commissioner to request necessary data from municipalities and supervising agencies, which must be provided within 60 days.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
