Commissioner of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services shall identify or develop educational materials regarding compulsive gambling dangers and treatment opportunities to be provided to individuals on self-exclusion lists and posted on the office website.

Commissioner shall create a Self-Exclusion Request for Removal form in consultation with the New York State Gaming Commission that requires individuals to acknowledge understanding problem gambling dangers and available treatment options before removal from self-exclusion lists.

Individuals must be removed from self-exclusion lists within seven days of submitting the removal form, which shall be available on websites of both the office and gaming commission.

New York State Gaming Commission shall compile and maintain a master list of all self-excluded persons and distribute updated lists to all licensed gaming facilities on a quarterly basis.

Gaming facilities must post information about self-exclusion at reasonable distances from entrances, exits, and ATM machines, and are prohibited from offering coupons, marketing services, or soliciting self-excluded persons.
